Texas and more Family - Lots More

Our new Nuvi GPS lead us into a trail ride/parade in Crockett, Texas...

... but we made it to Kathy and Larry's Ranch just in time to meet the donkey...

...and after a brief trip in the house...

... and the Red Rider BB gun...

... and the movie posters...

... we made it through the hall to the wonderfully warm living room...

... and found out my nephew Gary Michael and niece/God daughter Kelly were there already.

Caleb, Kelly's grandson and Larry went out to feed the livestock...

... and right on cure the donkeys arrived...

... to join the cattle...

Caleb is a real dynamo and a very sweet young man who likes to climb.

Shortly after we arrived Ellen, Gary's wife, and Michael their son...

... Lauren their daughter.

Michael helped Sharyn working with the bulgar wheat...

looking like a professional chef.

Everyone pitched in rolling grape leaves that turned out great...

...then Gary really enjoyed using the computer with Lauren and Michael.

And the children seemed to be really involved.

Larry's sister Terry also came by to say hello and it was nice to see her again.

Larry and my sister Kathy did the finishing touches for dinner...

Then it was chow down time and Nicholas, Kelly's son and Caleb's dad, joined us at the table (far left) whil Lauren hammed it up at the middle of the picture.

The dinner of Lebanese food was great with the whole family together.

I walked around the ranch a bit snapping away and this small flower...

... some of the herd...

... and insulator ...

... some wire hardware...

... a PacMan insulator...

...a great gate design...

... and the chimney.

Inside the children were getting to go swimming...

...while Kelly's pup Daisey waithed on the back steps.

Boo!! There were some incredible spiders around that posed nicely...

and Larry's Harley...

... and his great orange tractor ...

... that was great for a ride

Seeing both of my sisters this trip was really special and they both married great men I really enjoyed seeing again. Thanks again Kathy and Elaine.
